Do you offer custom products?

We sure do!! For custom carvings, please submit your enquiry via the contact form.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2-3 weeks. Due to the high volume of carvings, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

Yes, tracking number is available for most of the countries and will be sent to you through email. It may take up to 14 days during peak season as shipping company may delay the shipment.

How do I pay for my custom order?

After you place your order we will email you an invoice with all the information. You will have a chance to review your order, and then make the payment. Once the payment has being made, we will start working on your carving. The invoice we provide will include taxes, duties, and anything else that needs to be covered before your order leaves our shop.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

Pick Up Information

You will receive a "Ready for Pick Up" email or text message with instructions for picking up your order in San Jose, CA only.

Do you restock the items that are sold out?

When an item other than a clothing item shows as "out of stock" on its product page it does mean that we're not currently selling it because our inventory was exhausted. We do recommend you check back soon though, as we do make an effort to restock our higher demand items for you! For our clothing, we do not restock everything is final sale. Once our items are gone they're gone!
